The vegan chocolate brulee without a proper name...

I have created the ultimate dessert: biscuit base, creamy custard with a crunchy brulee top AND its all vegan! However, I havent been able to come up with an adequate name yet. If anyone can think of a good name, please post it in a comment below :)

How its made:

Ing:
- vegan biscuits (I like chocolate ripple- but the swedish 'annas' brand biscuits are also great.. in the pics below i've used both) (approx 1cm layer at the bottom of your ramekin)
- booze (optional, and you can use any kind you like)
- Agar agar powder (available from most Asian groceries) (about 1/2 tsp... depending on how hard you like it)
- Custard Powder (1tbsp)
- Soy Milk (1L)
- Sugar (1 tbsp for mixture and more for sprinkling over the top later)
- Vegan dark chocolate (250-300g)*
- cocoa powder (1tbsp)
- vanilla essence (1tbsp)
- nutmeg (optional, you could also add cinnamon or any other spice you like- chili might be good) (1tbsp)

What to do:
- crunch the biscuits into the bottom of a ramekin
- drizzle a little booze over the crumbs (any type you like- this step helps keep the crumbs at the bottom of the ramekin, so if you dont drink just add a little soya milk to your crumbs)
- put your ramekins in the fridge while you make your custard
- mix the custard powder, agar agar powder and cocoa powder with a little milk in the bottom of saucepan. You want to achieve a thin paste with no lumps, so a balloon whisk is a good option (a wooden spoon will be ok as well)
- stir in the rest of the milk
- turn on the heat to low-medium
- break up your chocolate and add it bit by bit, stirring all the time
- stir the pot constantly until your mixture thickens (be careful not to let the mixture stick to the bottom of the pan as it will burn)
- pour over your biscuit crumbs and refrigerate
- just before serving, sprinkle some sugar over the top and burn with a brulee torch (white or raw sugar will both work)

* The quantities in the recipe are pretty flexible. The best thing to do is taste your mixture as you're making it and add more chocolate, spices, sugar etc if needed.

(Variations- try adding a little peanut butter or maybe use creme de menthe over your biscuit crumbs- you could pretty much use any flavourings that go with chocolate)
